An associate of jme hr since its inception, Colin has vast experience in employment law and employee relations. He gives timely, practical guidance on employee issues and on more complex wider ranging matters.
He’ll take managers through a journey of planning the best strategy, right through to conflict resolution which can sometimes involve a Settlement Agreement or tribunal representation if necessary.
Colin’s contribution is wide-ranging. He can handle everything from disciplinary and grievance to redundancy consultation, from union negotiation to speaking and lecturing, and from servicing global companies to supporting individuals in their time of need.
Colin is a trained mediator and coach and has been an ACAS trainer for around a decade. In addition to tackling numerous employment tribunal cases throughout the UK, he has appeared in the Employment Appeal Tribunal in London.
