Jayne Evans is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her three-year postgraduate course in Human Resource Management and vast experience have taught her there’s always something new to learn and a better way of doing things.
Jayne believes in sharing ideas among her associates and learning from each other to benefit clients. Before she set up jme hr in 2004, Jayne worked at director level within multisite global organisations, shaping and delivering the in-house HR service for approximately 15 years.
She’s worked in retail, manufacturing, consumer sales, IT, healthcare and more. Jayne is used to matrixed organisations and the expectations of working in premium-brand environments.
Jayne has also covered the majority of HR specialisms, so no one is better placed to advise on the best approach for each unique client. You don’t need a sledgehammer to crack a nut, Jayne will tell you. Her experience makes it easy to make the right – and most cost-effective – recommendations.
Large projects are second nature to Jayne. She has also worked on many change management projects in various business sectors in the UK, Europe and globally.
