Lynda Handcock

Lynda Handcock is a senior HR generalist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has 30 years’ experience in a variety of organisations, working both in-house and as an external consultant across sectors such as business services, FMCG, engineering and not-for-profit.

A science graduate, Lynda has learned how tailored HR solutions can achieve company goals by creating a performance culture, targeted recruitment, bespoke reward and engagement policies and practices, and change programmes.

Among several management roles, Lynda has been HR Director for UK & Ireland at Dun & Bradstreet. In 2011, she set up her own consultancy and delivered a range of services to SMEs, including operational HR advice, policy development, organisational change management, recruitment and line-manager coaching.

Working in partnership with her clients, Lynda develops and delivers pragmatic HR interventions that reflect her sound knowledge of employment law and her understanding of clients’ needs.
