Padmaja Palekar is a Fellow in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore., one of India’s top premier business schools. Her research expertise and vast experience of working with multinational organisations and start-up businesses., allows her to bring in a 360 degree view of what is best suited for an organisation. She believes that Delivering High Performance is a behaviour and behaviours can be shaped through interventions at Systems and processes, and Organisation levels and Individual Levels.
